This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, contact us, submit artwork, request a quote, subscribe to updates, or work with us.
This policy applies to this website and the pages that link to it. It does not govern websites or services operated by other companies.
02

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project.
03
Forms and email
The contact, gallery, and newsletter forms on this website prepare an email to Quantum Multimedia using your device’s email application. The form details are not stored in an application database on this website. Your email provider and our email provider may process and retain the message under their own policies.
When you contact us, we use the information you send to reply, understand your request, prepare a quote, and continue the business relationship you asked us to begin.
04
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting provider and services embedded on the site may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of access. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose errors, and measure performance.
As of the effective date, this website does not operate its own customer account system, advertising pixel, or analytics program. Embedded and linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can use your browser settings to block or remove cookies, although doing so may affect some features.
05
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to questions and prepare estimates or quotes.
- Review artwork and files for size, resolution, color, production suitability, and other technical requirements.
- Schedule, produce, deliver, and support printing, photography, design, reproduction, and related services.
- Communicate about a project, proof, order, payment, delivery, or service issue.
- Send newsletter or promotional updates when requested.
- Maintain business, accounting, warranty, and transaction records.

07
Third-party services
Our Google review carousel is provided through Trustindex. Trustindex, Google, and related services may receive technical information from your browser and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. Review names, profile images, ratings, dates, and text are drawn from information reviewers made public through Google.
The Upload button opens a FilesAnywhere page, and Shop Art opens a separate shopping website. Other links may lead to Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, or additional outside services. Information you provide directly to those services is governed by their privacy policies and terms, not this policy.
08
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete and support projects, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Customers should keep backup copies of all artwork and production files because Quantum Multimedia is not a permanent file-storage service.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, file-transfer service, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
09
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and business-record exceptions. You may also ask to stop promotional email communications. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
To make a request, email info@quantummultimedia.com.
10
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for a general adult and business audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
11
Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
